The Nulungu Research Institute is unique to the Kimberley. Our Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal researchers all have extensive practical and theoretical knowledge. We encourage the pursuit of excellence in research through valuing community based Aboriginal skills and knowledge. We are represented at local, regional, national and international levels. Our core research themes are of Country (land, saltwater, freshwater, and desert), Health and Wellbeing, and Education, our research expertise also covers a wide range of disciplines.
