  • Biography

    Mr Duvenhage obtained his LLB and LLM at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. He also obtained a further LLM by Research at The University of Notre Dame Australia in 2017 specialising in Social Media and Employment law matters.  Mr Duvenhage commenced his lecturing career at the University of South Africa in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Commercial, Corporate and Employment Law before immigrating to Perth. In 2013, Mr Duvenhage was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. Currently, Mr Duvenhage is lecturing Employment law and Tort law in the Law School.  He is also in the process of completing his LLD (Doctor of Laws) degree focusing on Employment law and affirmative action activities.
