  • Biography

I have been a RN for over 20 years and a RM for over 10 years. I have a passion for working with women and their families throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond. My areas of interest include antenatal education and guiding and supporting students to have positive learning experiences in all aspects of 'being with woman.'
I have been employed in the tertiary sector for 2 years and have concentrated my efforts in gaining new and varied clinical places with industry for our Graduate Diploma of Midwifery. I have also developed the role of the Professional Practice Coordinator over this time.
I continue to work clinically as a RM in the public sector which I believe enhances my role within the university.
