A warm welcome to the School of Education at the University of Notre Dame Australia's Sydney Campus. The School of Education aims to educate and graduate Australia’s next generation of outstanding teacher leaders. We are committed to an education that equips students with a sense of real purpose and agency to thrive and ethically shape their communities providing people with hope for a better life. We give our students opportunities to gain the skills and experience employers value through work integrated learning programs, mentoring and joint initiatives with the education sector and industry. We have excellent employment outcomes with over 94% of our undergraduate and 98% of our postgraduate students in employment (qilt.edu.au). We invite you to explore our website to find your passion, calling and vocation in education.
The School has a strong reputation and is exceptionally well regarded for its personalised approach and the pastoral support we provide to our students, our work with communities and our partnerships with Catholic, Government and Independent sectors as well as Early Childhood Education and Day Care settings. Together we embrace our important role in enhancing the quality of education and shaping education policy and debate in Australia. We see partnering with social agencies such as schools and community organisations as central to our work in leading learning and teaching nationally and internationally. Please get in touch if you are interested in becoming one of our partners.
