• Biography

  Monique is a Senior Associate at Swaab Attorneys, and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law with the Law Society of New South Wales. Since admission, Monique has practiced exclusively in the area of family law, commencing her career with the Federal Circuit Court in 2007. Monique is experienced in all facets of family law, including complex parenting and property matters, spouse maintenance, child support and Binding Financial Agreements. Monique has particular experience in complex parenting matters, including matters where one parent resides overseas, and spouse maintenance.
