  • Biography

    Professor Evans is a commercial lawyer with over 30 years' experience. He commenced his career as an in-house lawyer with ExxonMobil specialising in offshore construction projects, joint ventures and acquisitions of resource projects. As a partner of Middletons (now K&L Gates) and more recently Hicksons, Professor Evans's areas of practice include competition, energy, resources and corporations law. He also acts for several pharmaceutical and industrial chemical companies.
