Notre Dame's Sport and Recreation program provides opportunities for students of all ages and abilities to participate in sports on a social and competitive level.

    Take some time away from your study or work, to increase your muscle strength, tone and flexibility here on campus.

    Come and learn about posture and correct body alignment. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.

    Every year, UniSport Nationals gives students from universities across Australia to compete head to head in a number of national standard sporting competitions.

    This year, Notre Dame has the opportunity to participate in Nationals Division 1 & 2 in the Gold Coast during the non-teaching week in Semester 2.

    Sports at the Nationals Division 1 & 2 competition which Notre Dame can enter teams into:

  • Indigenous Nationals

    The Indigenous Nationals is a week-long multisport competition for indigenous student-athletes. The annual event aims to bring together student-athletes from universities across Australia to compete in a variety of sports and ultimately crown one university team the champion of the games.
