Notre Dame's Sport and Recreation program provides opportunities for students of all ages and abilities to participate in sports on a social and competitive level.

  • Pilates

    Two weekly classes will offered on Thursdays at lunch time. Take some time away from your study or work, to increase your muscle strength, tone and flexibility here on campus.

  • Yoga

    Yoga classes will be held Tuesday mornings through semester. Come and learn about posture and correct body alignment. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.

  • 2020 Nationals Division 1 & 2

    Every year, UniSport Nationals gives students from universities across Australia to compete head to head in a number of national standard sporting competitions. In 2020 Nationals Division 1 and 2 competitions are combined into the one event and it is your chance is here to represent Notre Dame right here in Perth in Semester 2.

  • Nationals T20 Cricket

    Every year, UniSport Nationals gives students from universities across Australia to compete head to head in a number of national standard sporting competitions.

    This year, Notre Dame has the opportunity of the Nationals Division 1 T20 Cricket competition being in Perth in November. This a great opportunity for cricketers at Notre Dame to represent the University proudly on the local pitches around Perth.

  • 2020 Indigenous Nationals

    The Indigenous Nationals is a week-long multisport competition for indigenous student-athletes. The annual event aims to bring together student-athletes from universities across Australia to compete in a variety of sports and ultimately crown one university team the champion of the games.
