Transferring campus

Students enrolled at any UNDA campus may be eligible to transfer permanently to another campus at any time during their course of study. This applies to all courses except for Medicine. A request for a campus transfer will be processed free of charge in the first instance and then will attract an administrative fee of $150 for each change of campus thereafter.

University of Notre Dame students may study units at another campus periodically throughout their course of study if approved by the course coordinators at the 'home' and 'new' campus.

If a student wishes to enrol in a second consecutive semester at the 'new' campus then they should complete a Change of Campus form to transfer permanently to that 'new' campus . Students may return to their original campus at a later stage, should places be available, through the submission of another Change of Campus form.

Students should note that the range of units on offer in their current course may be slightly different from those offered in that course at another campus.

All cross campus transfers and enrolments are subject to the availability of places at the 'new' campus.

University of Notre Dame students may apply to graduate from their degree at the Graduation Ceremony held at another campus.

University of Notre Dame students may apply to sit their examinations at another campus.
