Sick of sitting looking at your screen?

Have you found your 30 mins Physical Activity time each day?

Are you missing your fix of group exercise?

Please join us @ 12noon AWST / 2.00pm AEST on Fridays for live 30 min exercise session lead by Health Sciences staff - suitable for all levels!

What do I need:

  • Clothes to exercise in
  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Something to step up onto (low chair, box etc.)
  • Two light weights of some kind (filled water bottles, tin of food from pantry, small rock from garden etc.)
