  • How to make the most of Open Day

    1. Have a list of questions ready

Prepare for Notre Dame’s Open Day by coming with a list of questions you have for Academics and current students about University life or your chosen course. By asking questions, you make the most of your time with the lecturers and the students currently taking classes at Notre Dame. There is no better way to gain an understanding of a course and what it entails.

    2. Get involved

Put your hand up and participate in all the talks, workshops and activities we have planned to experience what studying at Notre Dame is like.

    3. Come with a plan

Explore the Open Day schedule and make a list of all the things you don’t want to miss! Set yourself reminders so that you don’t miss any key workshops, information sessions or activities. Remember to give yourself time to stop by the courtyard and grab some free food and to check out all of our clubs, student society and information booths.

    4. Explore Uni life

Take a campus tour and get to know what uni life is like at Notre Dame. They are run by current students, so make sure to ask them any questions like where their favourite study spot on campus is or where to find the best coffee. Explore the library, classrooms and all of our Chippendale buildings. Practice your mooting skills in the law building or take a film workshop. The choice is yours!

    5. Join in on our Instagram competition

As you explore the campus, look out for our Open Day art installations (they will be hard to miss). Snap a pic and post it on Instagram with the hashtag #NDOpenday19 to be featured and go in the running to win a study prize pack valued at over $300! Follow us @notredamesyd for updates on Open Day and more competitions.
