The School of Nursing & Midwifery Virtual Research Symposium 2020

Hosted by the School of Nursing & Midwifery, Fremantle the symposium is a wonderful virtual networking opportunity for staff, research students, alumni, healthcare workers and our peers working in higher education.

We invite you to join us ‘virtually’ via zoom to be a part of a showcase of research work within the School of Nursing & Midwifery. Based on three key strategic goals of the School, Innovations in Education, Translational Research and Contemporary Nursing & Midwifery Practice, the symposium will provide a lively combination of the 3 P’s:

  • Presentations
  • Posters
  • Pecha Kucha’s

Prizes will be awarded in each of the 3 P’s categories and judged by an expert internal and external panel. Join us for all or some, make the schedule fit to you. We would love to see you ‘virtually’ there!

    Keynote speaker - Dr Sheralee Tamaliunas
    Director Workforce and Employment, Health Department of Western Australia
    Dr Tamaliunas will share insights from her doctoral study and her current role regarding the status of leadership experiences of Nurse Executives in WA and the impact on the nursing profession and nursing education.
