    Thank you for considering The University of Notre Dame Australia. Whether you are returning to study, or considering study for the first time, at Notre Dame we are here to help.     Before commencing this application form please ensure you have electronic copies (PDF or MS Word) of the following documents as you will not be able to save your application once you begin:

    School Leaver Applicant will need:

    • A Personal Statement, of approximately 300 words, outlining the reasons for your course preference and your choice of The University of Notre Dame Australia.
    • Final Year 11 and available Year 12 reports (only if submitting prior to receiving Year 12 results)
    • Supporting documentation (optional)
    • Certified copy* of evidence of citizenship/residency status

    If you have already completed your WACE (WA), HSC (NSW) exams or other interstate Year 12 exams, please include the relevant document(s) below:

    • ATAR Advice Notice and WACE/Record of Achievement
    • International Baccalaureate(IB) results
    • Other interstate Year 12 results

    Non-School Leaver Applicant will need:

    • A Personal Statement, of approximately 300 words, outlining the reasons for your course preference and your choice of The University of Notre Dame Australia.
    • Supporting documentation (optional)
    • Certified copies of transcripts and/or certificate of completion of post-secondary study (including university, TAFE/RTO transcripts or STAT results (written English and multiple choice)
    • Certified copy* of evidence of citizenship/residency status

    *A certified copy is a photo copy of an original document that has on it an endorsement from an authorised person who states that it is a true copy of the original document.

    *If born after 20 August 1986, at least one parent must have been born in Australia to prove citizenship. If both parents were born overseas, a valid passport or citizenship certificate must be submitted.
