- An Irregularly Scheduled Examination is an examination that is the same in content to that of the final examination but is held at a time, date or place different from the final examination for the course. An Irregularly Scheduled Examination can be held during the official examination period or at a time commencing before the regularly scheduled final examination, as approved by the Campus Registrar.
- A Deferred Examination is an examination that is the same in content to that of the final examination but is held at a time and date set by the Campus Registrar after the final examination for that course. A Deferred Examination is normally held after the Boards of Examiners meeting for that study period and usually in the next examination period. The timetable for your deferred examination will be placed on the University website close to the next examination period or you will be informed in writing if your deferred examination is to be held at a different time.
- Further information may be requested if adequate details are not provided in your document evidence.
