The University of Notre Dame Australia’s Sydney Campus hosted a hugely successful Information Day and Early Offer Celebration event yesterday (19 December), with more than 800 prospective students and their families coming along to meet our academics and find out more about the University’s program offerings.
Info Day was a great opportunity for our future students to take a campus tour, visit the NDA Store, prepare for their studies next year and even enrol in their first-year courses. The Deans from each of our Schools, as well as other academic, admissions and support staff were present to host information sessions and help guide students through their subject selections and enrolments.
Students that had already received an Early Offer at Notre Dame University in 2020 were invited to take part in a special celebration, where they were welcomed by Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic, Professor Margot Kearns. Professor Kearns spoke of the University’s excellent results in the Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching surveys and Good Universities Guide 2020 (click here for more information), but also pointed out that the tight-knit community at Notre Dame University is what makes it stand out from the rest. Students also had the chance to hear from successful alumni and current students, who shared great advice about how to make the most of University life.
