Notre Dame rated 5 stars by postgraduates in The Good Universities Guide 2020

Number 1 in Australia for Learner Engagement, Skills Development, Student Support and Teaching Quality.

The University of Notre Dame Australia has strengthened its position among the top-rated universities in Australia in results released today from The Good Universities Guide 2020.

Notre Dame, which has campuses in Sydney, Fremantle and Broome, has gained five-star ratings in the following categories for Postgraduate (coursework):

  • Full-Time Employment
  • Learner Engagement
  • Overall Experience
  • Skills Development
  • Student Support
  • Teaching Quality
  • Student Retention (shared with Undergraduate category)

These excellent ratings position Notre Dame as the Number 1 University in Australia for Learner Engagement, Skills Development, Student Support and Teaching Quality in the Postgraduate (coursework) sector.

The Good Universities Guide includes ratings on the performance of Australian universities using a broad range of indicators, including the Federal Government’s Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT), which measure students’ and graduates’ educational experiences and outcomes. To achieve a five-star rating in any category results must fall in the top 20 per cent across all Australian universities.
