students have to pay. Our postgraduate opportunities have continued to develop, as we partnered with Open Universities Australia  to offer 23 fexible online short courses and micro-credentials. These changes acknowledge our contribution to the Australian Higher Education Sector and support us in delivering outstanding education to our students, ensuring that our graduates make an incredible impact on the world. Notre Dame has implemented various updates to its strategy and structure that beneft our students. We now have three faculties  - Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery & Health Sciences ; Arts, Sciences, Business & Law ; and Education, Philosophy & Theology . These faculties combine the strengths of excellent undergraduate and postgraduate programs, empowering students with the skills, practical experience and creativity to transform and enrich society, and fnd innovative solutions to local and global challenges. We have strengthened and renewed the connection with our founding partner; the University of Notre Dame (Indiana) through the Global Gateway Agreement . This will create opportunities for our students to study and engage in research at Notre Dame’s intellectual hubs around the globe, such as in Rome, London and Beijing. As part of our core mission, we have grown our engagement with the St Vincent de Paul Society in both WA and NSW. We are also proud to play a key role in combatting human slavery and traffcking, collaborating with alumna Grace Forrest and with the Archdiocese of Sydney . Our future As we look forward to 2022, Notre Dame will soon launch its new strategic plan which will set us frmly on the path for the next stage of our growth as an institution. This will be an exciting time for the University, and we wish to stay connected with all our alumni as the journey unfolds.
