A unique approach to university admission Notre Dame’s admissions process considers every applicant on an individual basis, which, like the Notre Dame study experience, is focused on the whole person. Prospective students apply directly to the University. How to apply Applications must be made directly to Notre Dame via the online application at notredame.edu.au/apply. There is no application fee. Domestic applicants The following categories of applicants are considered to be domestic applicants. Advanced Standing and credit transfer Advanced Standing is credit granted towards a degree program for study already undertaken. English proficiency The University requires applicants to achieve minimum academic and English language proficiency standards/ requirements. This ensures that applicants are sufficiently prepared academically and competent in the English language, allowing them to participate effectively in their chosen program and achieve the expected program outcomes.
