  • Biography

Following a double major with honours in Psychology, Dana completed her PhD in Behavioural Neuroscience (UWA) in 2005.  From an animal model of Schizophrenia (PhD studies), to psychopharmacology of anxiety (University of Bristol and UWA), and various topics in primary health care research (Notre Dame, Fremantle), Dana’s research experience is varied to say the least.  It has been her passion for research design and data analysis that has enabled her to move easily between these fields, and resulted in 17 publications over a period of 4.5 years (full time equivalent).

After much deliberation, Dana decided to return to study to further develop her skills in research design and analysis, and in 2016 began her Master in Biostatistics through Macquarie University and the Biostatistics Collaboration of Australia.

Dana will be working closely with Professor Max Bulsara to provide research design and analysis support and advice to HDR students and staff at Notre Dame.
