Dr Pamela McGrath

  • Biography

    Pam has long-term research collaboration with the Leukaemia Foundation of Queensland through which she provides leadership in psychosocial research in relation to leukaemia and other haematological malignancies. Her other research interests include a focus on Indigenous people, and include bioethics and spirituality. Much of her work has been funded through NHMRC in the form of project grants and fellowships.

    She has over 200 journal papers and published several books. In addition, she brings with her a wealth of experience for her contributions to peer reviewed journal publication as both a reviewer of manuscripts and siting on Editorial Boards. Dr McGrath also has extensive experience as an NHMRC Assessor and of other funding bodies.

    Pam is co-supervising a PhD student at Notre Dame with Associate Professor Caroline Bulsara.
