“Notre Dame is unique because it provides its students with the tools and opportunities it needs to achieve what they want to achieve and be successful,” says Imogen.

The aspiring mental health nurse said she chose to study at Notre Dame because of its good reputation and its high graduate employment rate.

“Notre Dame nurses are highly sought after, highly skilled and the University provides a high level of clinical placements. I want to be the best nurse I can be, so I chose Notre Dame.”

Imogen said she would always be grateful to Notre Dame for setting her on the path to nursing.

“I was very sick in the final months of year 12 and overall didn’t get the marks I needed to get into nursing. But because I had applied to Notre Dame for early entry into its School of Nursing in Sydney I was immediately offered me a pathway into university – it was incredible!”

Imogen said Notre Dame’s Core Curriculum had given her a well-rounded education and together with the University’s practical placements would allow her to begin her nursing career after graduation with confidence.
