About this course

Mental Health Maintenance is a course that delves into the 12 dimensions of wellbeing and presents a fresh approach to corporate wellbeing training. The course has been designed to address the shortcomings of the current 'best practice' training which is often ineffective and promotes a tick-box mentality. The 20Talk team worked with 12 wellbeing specialists for 15 months to develop the one-day MHM interactive course.

This course focuses on integrating learning, using modern wellbeing evidence and lived experience. The MHM course is designed to improve wellbeing literacy and explores Dr Hettler's dimensions of wellbeing. The course covers modules such as Self-Control, Exercise, Breathing, Sleep, Nutrition, Finance, Relationships, Occupation, Environment, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual dimensions.
