PeopleSoft Upgrade

Your PeopleSoft Self Service and Finance have a whole new look!

Jane Street - Pro-Vice-Chancellor People and Culture, Emily Townsend - Chief Financial Officer, and Darryl Kefford - Chief Information Officer are pleased to inform you a new interface for your PeopleSoft Self Service and Finance is launching 28 February 2022.

This new interface, referred to as “Fluid”, is modern, intuitive, user-friendly, and adaptable to mobile platforms.

Training

Finance

Training will be provided for all Peoplesoft Finance users, requesters, and recommended approvers. Training sessions run daily, 2pm AEST (11am AWST) from Monday 28 February till  Friday 4 March. Attendance to one session is required for all finance users. Calendar invites have been sent to all requestors and approvers, please contact your Finance Business Partner if you have any questions or did not receive a calendar invite to the sessions.

Self Service

Watch the tutorial video on the new PeopleSoft Self Service interface and learn how to manage time, view pay slips, update your details and find your colleagues throughout the University. PeopleSoft Finance will be updated to the same new and improved interface.

Future updates

Campus Solutions

Campus Solution will be getting a new look with the implementation of the Fluid interface. Launching late March, 2022, Campus Solution will improve user functional enhancement for a better student and staff experience. Further details on the changes will be coming soon.

Support

Need further assistance or clarification? Support is available via the IT Service Desk from 8am (AEDT) to 5pm (AWST) Mondays to Fridays, except when the University is closed.
