The University of Notre Dame Australia employs staff for academic, administrative and student support purposes. It has over 800 employees on full-time and fractional contracts and over 1700 employees on sessional contracts spread across its three campuses. People & Culture is located at both the Fremantle and Sydney Campuses and is often the first contact point for new staff of the University. People & Culture handles contracts of employment, recruitment, Induction, immigration and relocation matters, Academic Promotions, Performance Reviews and Performance Management. It is also responsible for developing staffing policies and procedures. People & Culture provides assistance to staff in relation to their conditions of employment, staff management, probation processes and other general staffing matters.
