Flexible working arrangements
At Notre Dame we understand how important it is for you to balance your roles and responsibilities at work, at home and in the community. Flexible working arrangements require us to be flexible in how we think about where, when and how work can be done, in a way that maintains or improves service delivery and outcomes at the University.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for Flexible Working Arrangements, you must be:
- a continuing or fixed-term employee
- a regular casual employee with at least 12 months of service and a reasonable expectation of continuing employment on a regular and systematic basis
How to apply
Before applying for a Flexible Working Arrangement, please ensure you have:
- read the Flexible Working Arrangements Policy and Procedure
- read the Guidelines: Considering remote and hybrid working (if your proposal involves remote working)
To apply for Flexible Working Arrangements, you must complete the Proposal form. If your proposal includes remote working (including hybrid), you must also complete the Remote Working Checklist.
Proposals must be submitted to your Manager for consideration. Your Manager will arrange a meeting with you to discuss your proposal within 21 days of submission.
