What happens next?

Over the coming weeks, managers will share survey results with their teams to celebrate what we are doing well, where we can do better and develop action plans to identify areas for improvement. To ensure actions plans are meaningful and achievable, managers will be encouraged to focus on one bright spot to maintain and two improvement areas.

Can my responses be viewed by my manager?

To maintain anonymity, selected managers will only be able to view collective responses for groups with eight or more respondents. This will ensure individual responses cannot be identified.

As a manager at the University you play an important part in our Employee Engagement Survey. Managers will be provided with training opportunities to help you understand the process of sharing results and developing meaningful action plans with your teams.
