The University Analytics, Planning and Performance Office supports the University in the areas of data analysis, planning and reporting to monitor the University’s performance and progress on agreed goals and priorities.
We are committed to providing stakeholders within the University with the information required to support data informed decision making.

Data sets and ownership
A single authoritative set of data is maintained for each type of the University’s administrative data. Each of these data sets is assigned a Data Owner and a Data Steward that are responsible for this data set.
Data Stewards are responsible for the day-to-day management of their data set. This includes ensuring that the data is accurate and up to date and that the security and integrity of the data is maintained. The Data Steward also authorises access to and use of the data.
Data Owners are accountable for ensuing that data is fit for both operational and strategic purposes.
The Director Analytics, Planning and Performance is accountable for the strategic coordination of data management and reporting across the University.
