Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM)
Notre Dame holds a corporate membership with the Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM), the only professional association for administrators and managers in tertiary education. ATEM is dedicated to advancing professional practice throughout Australasia. The Association provides professional development opportunities that aim to give participants an edge in their career and a greater voice in their areas of expertise. These include targeted career and professional skill development programs, conferences and special events.
Australian Higher Education Industrial Association (AHEIA)
Notre Dame is a member of the Australian Higher Education Industrial Association (AHEIA), which is the employer association for the higher education sector, registered under the Federal Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. The Association provides a range of learning and development services including a suite of workplace relations training programs, leadership development programs and wellbeing programs specifically designed for university employees. Training workshops are offered throughout the year in all major capital cities.
