Allocate+

The University uses Allocate+ for student timetabling.

Access

To access the system, follow the links below and log in with your Staff ID and password.

Training

Training can be provided by the Timetabling Coordinators and is available to all users of the system, either online or face to face. Please contact the Timetabling Coordinator to schedule training.

System Availability

The Allocate+ system is available for use 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance periods.

Service Updates

Current status – Allocate+ available

Allocate+ will be upgraded to Version 24 in November 2024. This update is primarily for fixing bugs in the system, and staff and student functionality remains the same.
