Allocate+

The University uses Allocate+ for student timetabling.

Access

To access the system, follow the links below and log in with your Staff ID and password.

Allocate+ for 2024 classes

Training

Training can be provided by the Timetabling Coordinators and is available to all users of the system, either online or face to face. Please contact the Timetabling Coordinator to schedule training.

System Availability

The Allocate+ system is available for use 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance periods.

Service Updates

Current status – Allocate+ available

Allocate+ has just been upgraded from version 17 to version 19. It is functionally the same but has features the Timetabling Coordinators will roll out over the course of 2021.
