Biography
Ashley completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies here at Notre Dame. His research focused on athlete development and talent identification in the Australian Football Talent Pathway. Since 2016, Ashley has worked in the School of Health Sciences & Physiotherapy as both an academic and researcher. He is actively involved in research within the fields of talent identification, athlete development, strength and conditioning, and employee health and wellbeing. Ashley uses his diverse range of industry connections to drive these exciting research projects. He has a keen interest in developing young researchers and currently supervises several postgraduate and honours research students. These projects broadly focus on improving the health, wellbeing and performance of athletes and employees.
