Welcome to the enrolment page. Here you’ll find what you need to know about how to enrol, make enrolment changes, and where to find important information like calendars, timetables, forms and documents.

• Calendars and timetables

  Our calendars and timetables page gives you an overview of the academic year, including key dates such as the last day to enrol and census date. There is a general University Academic Calendar but your school or program may have its own calendar – you’ll find this on the Calendars and timetables page under your campus heading.

• Enrolling in courses

  Enrolling in courses at Notre Dame is easy. You can find all the information you need on the enrolling in courses page.

• Enrolment changes

  Considering withdrawing, returning, changing programs or changing campuses? The enrolment changes page has everything you need to know.

• Student forms

  All of our forms and documents have been collated in one central location, making it simple for you to apply for extensions, appeals, advanced standing and more.

• Exams, results and graduation

  For details on exams, getting results and graduation details, visit the exams, results and graduation page.

• Fees and payments

  Information on fees and payment for domestic students, including how to pay fees, fees calculator and managing your account, see the fees and payments page.

• Student Administration

  Whether you require help with your enrolment or need to update your personal information, the Student Administration team is here to help.

  We can help you with:

  • Processing requests for changes to a student’s personal information;
  • Providing student ID cards;
  • Helping with simple technical issues when enrolling into courses
  • Fees enquiries including eCAFs and how / when to pay your fees
  • Assessing and processing changes to your enrolment such as cross institutional enrolments, retroactive withdrawals, advanced standing and more
  • Providing support to our international students including helping with the required documentation for international students to extend their visa;
  • Issuing transcripts to past and current students, and issuing other graduation documentation
  • Organising examinations and graduations

• Student Centre

  The Student Centre is the place where you can view your personal information, current enrolment and academic history, including your grades.

  Access

  To access the system, go to Student Centre and log in with your Student ID and password.
