Student Centre

The Student Centre is the place where you can view your personal information, current enrolment and academic history, including your grades.

While access to the Student Centre is disrupted, alternative services are available to help you manage your enrolment.

Alternative services

Personal Details

Updates to personal details are accepted through the Amendment to Personal Details Form. Submissions are accepted and will be applied to your account when the Student Centre is back up and running.

If you need to update your details for official documents, please include your new and previous details in correspondence with University staff.

Managing your enrolment

To manage your enrolment as a first-year or continuing student, please complete our online forms to select your courses for the upcoming semester.

For assistance with course enrolment, including frequently asked questions, links to book an advisor, and important key dates, visit our Enrolling in courses page.

If you’re considering changing your enrolment, such as withdrawing from courses, changing your program, or transferring campuses, you can find all the necessary guidelines and support on our Enrolment changes page.

Fees and payments

There are several changes to fees and payments while the Student Centre is unavailable. Access our 2025 Fees support page for information on how to manage your fees, including:

  • Accessing your fee summary
  • Financial penalties and due dates
  • Completing your eCAF
  • Checking your Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN)
  • Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF)

Our secure online payment gateway is currently operational, and you may pay fees there.

Grades and Academic Standing

If you need to check your current grades for completed courses, apply for graduation, or confirm that you have completed your exams, please contact an administrative assistant at your school for assistance.

Results are released to all students on specific dates throughout the academic year. You can find the results release dates for each study period under Key dates on the Calendars and timetables page.

Official and Unofficial Transcripts

Access to transcripts is currently unavailable. If you would like details about your current grades (including grade point average (GPA)) and completed courses, please contact an administrative assistant at your school to discuss an unofficial record of results.

My eQuals

Official academic transcripts before December 2024 are available through My eQuals.

Students who have applied to or have graduated since the start of January 2025 will not be able to view their transcripts through My eQuals.

If you need to share your transcripts with employers, universities, and other parties, please contact Student Admin for a letter confirming your enrolment at the university.
