• Biography

  Eden is a registered Health and Physical Education teacher with a Masters in Public Health from the University of Wollongong. She has extensive work experience in the Preventive Health field, and specialises in designing and delivering experiential and interactive educational sessions for young people.

  She is committed to translating research evidence into effective practice, with particular interest in the areas of mental health, AOD harm minimisation, youth justice, physical activity, sexual health and outdoor/adventure therapy. Her current PhD project involves the design of a nature-based intervention, aimed at improving the wellbeing of University students.

  Eden has worked at the University of Notre Dame since 2018, and teaches across both the Health and Physical Education and Health Promotion degrees. She also coordinates the Health Promotion practicum units, supporting students on placement, and developing and maintaining industry links.​
