Study retreats

Chaplaincy’s Study Retreats run each semester for students from the Fremantle and Sydney campuses and provide students with an opportunity to knock off assignments and get some study done away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our retreats are held in beautiful surroundings away from the city, and students have time for prayer and Mass and time to unwind and relax between study sessions.

What to expect

  • 6-8 hours of study each day
  • Scenic walks, games and crafts
  • Access to sacraments, prayer, and spiritual reflection time
  • Good food and good company

*The Chaplaincy office acknowledges the complex history of New Norcia and the relationship of the mission there to the Indigenous Australians of the region, and of Western Australia more broadly.  We invite anyone attending retreats in New Norcia to take advantage of the various educational and memorial opportunities present. Be sure to visit the Rock of Remembrance, and to listen to the stories told.
