  • Biography

I bring nearly a decade of diverse clinical and leadership experience across paediatric, trauma-informed, and disability-focused settings. As Clinical Operations Manager at Rocky Bay, I led a multidisciplinary team, managed early intervention caseloads, and spearhead service development initiatives including hub establishment, staff training, and performance auditing. I’ve co-developed and delivered OT assessment training and orientation programs, fostering a culture of excellence and retention.

Previously, as Senior OT I provided evidence-based therapy predominately within the paediatric population, supervised junior therapists and many students, and created high-quality learning resources and internal professional development. My collaborative leadership style supported skill development and career progression, whilst maintain high quality service and ensuring key performance indicators were still met.

I am passionate about mentoring future therapists, embedding evidence-based practice, and cultivating reflective, client-centred clinicians. My experience aligns strongly with academic leadership, clinical education, and skill development in occupational therapy.
