  • Biography

    Dr. Murphy is a post-doctoral research fellow with a special interest in the use of neuroscience interventions in the management of lower-limb pain and injury to increase physical performance. Dr. Murphy completed his PhD in tendinopathy at The University of Notre Dame Australia and according to ExpertScape is in the top 0.3% of published tendinopathy researchers worldwide. Dr. Murphy has over 25 publications, with >50% including international collaborators and has successfully delivered on industry collaborations with the WA Police Force and Cricket Australia. Dr. Murphy is also an Australian Physiotherapy Association titled Sport and Exercise physiotherapist, having previously worked with elite sporting teams and still consults within a large, multi-disciplinary Sports Medicine clinic.
