• Biography

  Nicholas graduated from Murdoch University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. In 2010, Nicholas moved to Melbourne to commence work on his Master of Laws (by coursework), which was conferred in 2012. In 2011, Nicholas was Research Associate to Justice Kenneth Martin and Justice Corboy of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. In 2012, Nicholas commenced work in Perth in an international law firm, where he worked in commercial litigation and arbitration in a range of sectors, including energy and resources, mining, and mining services. Thereafter, Nicholas commenced teaching at the University of Notre Dame Australia in 2017, teaching in contract law, administrative law and moot court. Nicholas was appointed the Moot Program Coordinator in 2018.
