  • Biography

    Kate is a lecturer within the School of Nursing and Midwifery and has been working within the school since 2019. Kat's nursing career began at Notre Dame where she completed her undergraduate degree at the Fremantle campus. Since graduating, she has developed a career specialising in Critical Care Intensive Care Specialty, Cardiac and Respiratory Specialties as well as holding various Senior Education, Leadership and Management roles within the clinical context. These roles included Postgraduate Critical Care Education, Nurse Management, Recruitment and retention and clinical leadership. Kate continues to work clinically and is a strong student advocate, holding the staff representative portfolio for the student run, Notre Dame Nursing Society.
