Biography
Clinical background- Emergency Nursing with over sixteen years of experience in rural/remote, peripheral/ tertiary, interstate and international experience covering over the lifespan of presentations. The last six years have been in SRN roles as Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nurse Manager. I have a passion towards emergency nursing, simulation practice and trauma, in which I actively teach through Trauma Nursing Core Course-TNCC.

Teaching areas
I have worked for the SoM as a Program Coordinator for the Health Professional Education Program over the last 12 months and recently moved to the SoNM, where I am working as a Course Coordinator and Lecturer in both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs.

Research expertise and supervision
I have commenced my PhD journey (very early stages-no candidature at this point), I am active in simulation research (apart of WA Simulation Healthcare Alliance). I have one publication on the topic (ORCID ID- 000-002-6947-3688) and regularly engage in conference presentations and seminars (presenting at the upcoming ACCCN conference and SIGMA event).
