  • Biography

    Mario Baghos is Senior Lecturer in Theology. He teaches primarily in the areas of doctrinal theology, e.g. Trinitarian theology, Christology, Eschatology, as well as Patristics, Catholic Social Thought and related subjects. From 2010-2017 and 2020-2022, he taught Patristics, Church History and Research Methodology at St Andrew’s Greek Orthodox Theological College (Sydney College of Divinity). He has also lectured in the disciplines of Studies in Religion at the University of Sydney and Theology at Charles Sturt University. He continues to publish extensively in the disciplines of Patristics and Byzantine studies, specifically in the areas of eschatology and symbolism in Christian art and architecture.
