  • Biography

    Russell Gore is a PhD candidate in philosophy. His research is on philosophical issues surrounding the integration of psychiatry with cognitive neuroscience. At Notre Dame, he primarily teaches courses within the analytic philosophical tradition, such as formal logic and the philosophy of science, mind and language. He also believes in the interdisciplinary value of philosophy, having completed a master's research degree in science, focusing on the reliability of neuroimaging, and having taught undergraduate mathematics.

    Russell is the Project Officer for the Core Curriculum. Here, he enjoys working and assisting in developing a course that explores his other areas of interest, the History of Western Philosophy and Christianity.
