Biography
Fr Paschal is a priest of the Order of Friars Minor Conventual. He resides in Kellyville, NSW, where he is Director of the Shrine of the Holy Innocents. He has previously lectured at the John Paul II Institute for Marriage and Family (Melbourne) and Catholic Theological College (Melbourne).
