Linda Breen

Linda Breen is a senior governance and compliance professional with more than 18 years’ experience in the higher education sector. She has led governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and records management functions within complex university environments, supporting corporate and academic governing boards and leadership.

Linda holds postgraduate qualifications in ethics and legal studies, along with professional qualifications in governance and risk management. She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

Her focus includes strengthening institutional governance frameworks, assuring quality and standards, and supporting effective, transparent, and informed decision‑making across the University.
