  • Biography

    Ms van der Westhuizen completed her LLB and LLM at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. She lectured undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Banking and Commercial Law in the Mercantile Law Department at the University of South Africa. She was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2013. In 2017, Ms van der Westhuizen graduated with a further Master of Laws by Research at The University of Notre Dame Australia, focusing on the Regulation of Cryptocurrencies in Australia.  Ms van der Westhuizen is also currently completing her Doctor of Laws degree.
