Biography
Fr Sean was born in Singapore and immigrated to Australia in 1985. He took a Bachelor of Theology from Flinders University of South Australia while studying for the priesthood at St Francis Xavier Seminary. After he was ordained to the priesthood in 1994 he worked in parishes for three years before being sent to Rome. There he read for a Licence in Theology specialising in Fundamental Theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University. He then took a Doctorate in Theology at the Gregorian. The doctoral thesis was on an aspect of Trinitarian theology. The thesis was developed while residing at Magdalene College. Fr Sean was a member of the faculty of theology at the Gregorian University. Fr Sean is dean and administrator of St Mary's Cathedral, Perth.
