What do I write in my Personal Statement?
In your Personal Statement you will need to address each of the Eligibility Requirements of the Scholarship(s) you are applying for. These are found in the Conditions of Scholarship document.
Use each of the Requirements as a heading and:
- confirm that you meet the requirement;
- include details of significant expenses or circumstances that demonstrate financial need;
- point out any personal circumstances or background which warrants special consideration such as significant carer responsibilities or community commitments; and
- explain how the above impacts your ability to study and how the award of a Scholarship will assist you.
What additional supporting documents should I submit?
