This form will take a minimum of 30 minutes to complete. Please ensure you have gathered the required documents and have enough time to finish it in one sitting, as it cannot be saved and continued later.

School Leaver Applicants will need:

• Either:
  • If applying prior to receiving Year 12 results: Final Year 11 and available Year 12 reports, OR
  • If already completed Year 12: your WACE (WA) or HSC (NSW) Record of Achievement or equivalent
• (Optional) supporting documentation

Note: In your online application, you will have the opportunity to tell us about yourself and why you are applying to Notre Dame. We are interested in why you have applied for your chosen degree, and to learn about your interests and achievements.

Non-School Leaver Applicant will need:

• Information regarding post-secondary study (including university, TAFE/RTO transcripts or STAT results (STAT results include written English and multiple choice sections)
• (Optional) supporting documentation
