Withdrawal from University or Program

We understand that there may be instances where you feel you want to withdraw from your Program or the University. This can be for a number of reasons. Before you consider this option, we encourage you to read the information below that may offer you alternative avenues for success at University.

Important

Depending on the time of your request, an academic and/or financial penalty may apply. Please check Census and Academic Penalty Dates on Calendars and Timetables for the key dates for your course/s.

Withdrawal from University

Withdrawal from University for the nominated semester will take effect from the date this form is submitted. Please return your Student ID Card to Student Administration on your campus.
