  • I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee that assistance will be granted, and that any financial assistance granted to me is short-term only and dependent on the availability of funds.
  • I understand that all information shared in this form will be treated as confidential and in a way that complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth), as well as the University’s Privacy Policy.
  • I acknowledge that the information I provide in this form and attachments, including the outcome of my application, may be shared with other University staff as necessary for the purpose of issuing the requested financial assistance and corroboration of information provided, or to provide me with additional support.
