I understand that if my Out of Cycle Graduation application is approved, my student record will be updated to "Program Complete" and if I have no outstanding fees or other sanctions on my student record, my degree will be conferred on the next available date listed in the UNDA conferral schedule. (Please check the relevant conferral schedule on the Graduation webpage). I understand all correspondence from UNDA will only be sent to my student email address (that does not expire). I acknowledge that after I am “Program Complete’, obtaining an electronically certified copy of my Official Academic Transcript via the My eQuals platform only happens automatically and free of charge following conferral. I understand that if I wish to obtain an Official Academic Transcript before I graduate, I will need to make a separate request via payment gateway on Student Centre for a $20 fee. I understand that once submitted, an outcome on my application to graduate out of cycle can take between 4 to 6 weeks to be determined and communicated. I understand that pending my Graduation approval, I will be conferred at the next available conferral opportunity. I will then be auto-allocated the next available Graduation ceremony that is catering for my conferral date and home campus. If I am unsure about which conferral and ceremony I qualify for, I can view information available on the Graduation webpage under ‘Conferral dates and deadlines’
