• Biography

  Aime is an early career researcher working at the IHR and also the Gynaecological Cancer Research Centre located at St John of God Subiaco Hospital. Aime works collaboratively with Adjunct Professor Paul Cohen as they are both committed to and passionate about undertaking research initiatives that explore improving health outcomes for women diagnosed with and treated for gynaecological cancers. Aime’s recent research interests have investigated GP awareness and compliance of national screening guidelines, development of malignancies following abnormal cervical screening results and patient outcomes following different surgical modalities.

  Aime has 8 publications in peer reviewed journals, had her work presented at local, national and international conferences and currently co-supervising a number of medical Masters by Research students.
